Class Descriptions

Buti Yoga with Rae

Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep abdominal toning. This all-in-one workout tones and sculpts the entire body while increasing self-confidence and self-love in an uplifting and supportive community.

Buti is an Indian Marathi word that means “a cure that has been hidden or kept secret”. We are societally taught to seek external validation or ways to heal themselves. In the Buti community, we believe that the only true cure comes from within. This practice helps you strip away the layers that hide this cure and bring about total transformation.

Come shake your booty with us and see what this class is all about!
Be prepared to sweat and smile!

Please bring clothing that allows for movement, a water bottle, and a yoga mat. Previous yoga experience is recommended.

Rooin'd Yoga w/ Roo

Rooin'd Yoga is an alternative yoga practice of connecting body, mind, and spirit through posture, dance and meditation. We release through our breath and ground through the structure of asanas. We find endurance and balance in our soul powered vinyasa flow and then we let it all go by inviting our authentic dance flow.

We relax, reset, and return through gratitude. We are all connected.

As we build our strong bodies in community, we share our effort, our progress, our success, our love! We open to light being mission ignition! Together we impact; we raise the collective!

We change our perspective through physical and mental shifts and find bliss in the power of our breath. Our challenge becomes our greatest point of joy because it marks growth and evolution as our breath relaxes into “yummy”.

Hatha With Hamilton

A yoga class described as ‘Hatha' will typically involve a set of physical postures and breathing techniques, practised more slowly and with more static posture holds than perhaps a Vinyasa flow or Ashtanga class.

Literally however, Hatha means ‘force’ and is more traditionally defined as ‘the yoga of force’, or ‘the means of attaining a state of yoga through force’. So Hatha yoga can be considered as anything you might do with the body, including:

Asana - yoga postures (practised in any style of 'yoga')
Pranayama - breathing techniques
Mantra - chanting or reciting
Mudra - hand gestures
Shatkriyas and Shatkarmas - cleansing techniques
and even types of visualisation.

Join each week as we explore, peel back the layers and dive into the depth of self!

Feel Goode Flow with Jenna

Belly Dance: Awakening Your Goddess
