Magdalena Corrado

Magdalena stepped on to a yoga mat for the first time in 1997, where at first she was drawn to the practice by its physical aspects. Throughout her practice, she has discovered that yoga is an ultimate joint venture of body and mind.

Her practice is deeply devotional, and with her ability to continually go inside to heal, she is hoping to bring more inner peace and love, as well as strong body to herself and everyone willing to take this journey with her.

Magdalena completed her 200YTT with Yoga Loft in Boulder CO, where her teacher and mentor, Amanda Botur, helped her to discover her inner Shakti.

Magdalena loves studying the Bhagavad Gita, meditation and Yoga Nidra, which has a big influence on her daily practice and life. One of her favorite authors is Sally Kempton.

Part of her yoga teacher journey is guiding teenage athletes, which she immersed herself after yoga kids training with "Calming Kids". Currently, she is a yoga instructor at Boulder Bulls Basketball Club in Boulder, Yoga Loft and Release Studio in Denver.

She also practiced martial arts with HMD Academy of TAE KWON DO in Chicago for several years.

Besides yoga, her many passions are dancing, knitting, aerial silk, acro, henna art, being a mom and wife, and her dogs.
